Join us for a 5-course dinner on Monday, July 31 hosted at Lyn 65 that previews the concept, food, and drink of Popol Vuh.
Popol Vuh will be Chef Jose Alarcon's flagship restaurant. It will be hyper focused on service as well as food quality. The menu will feature seasonal and organic produce, accented by Mexican spices and flavors.
Refined dishes will be created with an emphasis on fire and planchas. A strong craft cocktail program will be featured; opening Fall 2017.
Tickets are $55 and include food. Drinks are available for purchase separately.
