Join us for a 5-course dinner on Monday, February 27 hosted at Lyn 65 that previews the concept, food, and drink of Popol Vuh.
Popol Vuh will be Chef Jose Alarcon's flagship restaurant. It will be hyper focused on service as well as food quality. Featuring a wood fired grill, plancha and raw bar, the food will be fresh and light with a focus on the seasons. Refined dishes will be created with an emphasis on sharing. A strong craft cocktail program will be featured; opening mid 2017.
Tickets are $50 and include food. Drinks are available for purchase separately.
